2. Opt-In and Consent
2.1 How to Opt In

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Long Island Addiction Treatment Resources is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

SMS messages use your mobile data plan. If you have limited data, please check with your carrier about potential charges.
4.3 No Additional Fees from Us
We do not charge any additional fees for participating in our SMS program beyond standard message and data rates from your carrier.

10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Island Addiction Treatment Resources shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

- Unauthorized access to your messages
- Reliance on information provided via SMS
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Charges from your mobile carrier
11. Changes to SMS Terms
